Recently I talked about how important it was to warm up and the dangers if you do not. Today I am going to give you my top three warm up drills. Hopefully you will like them and find them useful. 

Please remember that you can adjust the warm up as needed. If you need to go longer, then just do more rounds. If something is too hard, change it to something else – just keep moving. 

If you are sore or haven’t worked out in a while, you might want to do a couple of rounds to get the blood flowing and really warm the muscles up well. 


WARM UP DRILL # 1          

   2 Rounds

  1.  Jump rope x 3 min
  1. 10 x Push ups
  2. 10 x Squats 
  3. 10 x Jumping jacks


2 Rounds

  1. Jumping jacks 1 Min
  2. 10 x Lunges 
  3. 20 x Squats
  4. 10 x Push up


2 Rounds  

  1. Push-ups x 30 Sec
  2. Shadow Box x 30 Sec
  3. Jumping Jacks x 30 Sec
  4. Squats x 30 Sec
  5. Shadow Box x 30 Sec
  6. Squats x 30 Sec
  7. Speed 1-2s x 30 Sec
