Learning combat sports/martial arts can be intimidating but they do a great job at helping you learn and grow not only as a martial artist, but as a person. Rob is an inspiration and always provides positive energy and motivation to help you dig deep and finish class knowing that you gave everything you had. My only regret is not signing up sooner."
