I am constantly working to help members understand every aspect of our sport, and continue to improve their craft. In doing so, I realized that not everyone may know the rules of Muay Thai, i.e. when in a competition. 

I believe this knowledge would lead to a much better learning experience for each and every one of the FLMT family. I have found two really good websites containing articles that explain what you should be looking for when it comes to watching, or actually competing in, a Muay Thai competition.

The articles below breakdown how the scoring works, and what techniques score best. They also mention how to win if you find yourself possibly down in points in the fight. Last but not least, they talk about the unspoken code of the first and fifth rounds.
